Is it easy to get an English teaching job in Colombia?
English teaching is surely one of the easiest ways to get a job abroad. Especially teaching online doesn’t require a lot of equipment in order to start.
Sam and I never even considered teaching English abroad that’s why we can’t talk from our experience. That’s exactly why we asked two long-term Expats about their experiences in order to help those who are considering teaching English from Colombia.
Carlton and Kent only taught kids in Asian countries like China and Taiwan. It is not necessary to teach kids but it is surely easier to find a job that way. Teaching kids in Asian countries is in great demand these days.
According to both, they needed a certificate called TESL or TEFL. Sometimes companies even ask for work experience as an English teacher, but usually you don’t have to have any.
On top of that, it will surely make things easier for you if you’re a native speaking teacher. It is still possible to find a job as a non-native speaking English teach, but surely not as easy.

Being an English teacher from Colombia is an easy way to work a full time or part-time job to make some extra money. It is a rewarding job because you get to see how your students improve their language skills along the way.
It gives you a lot of flexibility but you have to wake up early on the morning but at least you have the rest of the day to do what you please.

Can just anyone achieve to work online?
